I would definitely recommend it. It's kind of a small intimate facility. Staff doesn't turn over often, so you get to know everybody easily. There are two outdoor areas, so there is plenty of access to the outdoors that they can get to. Most of the residents are pretty friendly.

I would definitely recommend it. I'm very pleased with everything there. My relative is very happy there, so when she is happy, I'm happy. There are very nice people there, and the staff is very friendly.

In the beginning, we went into several Assisted Living places that we didn't like at all. The minute we walked into the Bungalows, we all looked at each other and said, "This is the place." The welcome, how beautiful it was, the music, and everyone's kindness really stood out. It was just a great place.

I would not recommend them right now. They're having a lot of employee and RA issues. They have some full time RAs who I don't think are getting paid enough to keep them there. They're using agency staff a lot. There was a resident who is paralyzed on one side that needed help going to the restroom at 3am the other night. The agency RA that was there said "well there's the restroom" and didn't help her. The agency staff not helpful, they're just there for a paycheck.

They also don't have a resident care person. The last one left and hasn't been replaced. The nurses that are sent there are not adequate. They leave at a certain time and just leave Mom's medication out for her to take. She knows what time to take her medicine, but I know all the residents don't. How are their medications regulated?

Doris is my Mom's favorite nurse. She loves Marcus, the maintenance man, too. They're both sweet and caring. Some of the weekend nurses are nice, but they leave at 7:00pm. Mom is supposed to get her medications at 9:30pm. In the beginning, they'd say so-and-so is supposed to give you your medicine, but that person wasn't qualified to give out medications. That's when they started leaving them out for her to take.

I told the Executive Director the other day that it looks like they're trying to close it down. Phoenix needs to step up and come to the plate. I don't think a Phoenix representative from Atlanta has even sat foot in the Bungalows. My sister was going to write a letter to headquarters, and we know other resident family members are planning to call. It's hard for us to be positive right now. They're well priced compared to everywhere else, but it's like they're not giving as much because of it.

I am very happy with where she is at. I hope she can stay there long. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The residents are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are quite amazing. The room, shower, dinging, seating, and library are great. I would highly recommend them.

I have posted about it on Facebook when people ask for recommendations. I like the fact that it is small and one level. They have integrated outside spaces, so I like that he is safe when he goes out there. It is clean and safe. I do not have any problems with them at all. They were very careful with COVID.

The best thing is that the staff communicated amongst each other on site. As far as the employees here, they communicate in real-time because of their walkies. I like the availability she has to the room service button. If she has a problem, she can press the button on her necklace. The staff has been very accommodating.

It's the right size and it's good, they just need to get the staff back up. For a while it was staffed very well. I also wish they didn't have to wear masks, but I know they can't really help that.

When I walked in to review it with Jean, I immediately knew that if she saw what I did, that she would be happy here. Jean is not going to happy anywhere unless she is living independently. That is something that we will all face when we get older. This is the place for her. I am very impressed when I came in. I told Jean this was the place she needed to be. It is a good place. I am sure I will have to live in assisted living, and I feel like I would like to be here myself. There are plenty of activities, and the staff is friendly. They reminded Jean of a birthday celebration, and if she participated in everything, she would be so busy. She is 98. The staff have been respectful. She is not a good housekeeper herself, and they make sure her room is picked up. There are some good people here.

I would recommend it. They are trying with the food. The food is horrific. They are paying about 4000 dollars to live there, and they are eating onion broth, and calling it french onion soup. Mom is living off of little debbie cakes. She can't afford to be buying too many groceries. They just changed administrators, so hopefully things will improve. Hopefully she can make improvements. It is a beautiful facility, and the have private residences. They have gorgeous kitchens and handicap bathrooms. They have lovely communal areas and a secure interior garden and outdoor area. The price is reasonable for the market.

The pricing is very reasonable, and it isn't necessarily high-end but rather middle class. It is a very safe place and I feel confident in my father being here. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food is great as well.
