The staff is phenomenal. Don't look too close at the facility right now. The outside needs painting and pressure washing, and the carpets are stained in the halls.

I highly recommend the staff, the level of care, and the nurses. I really appreciate the 24 hour care where they check in even at night. They monitor her often and provide 3 meals a day. I also appreciate the cleanliness and overall appearance. It's not cheap, but it's nice. I'm thankful Mom can stay there.

It's small, and they all know each other. They keep a good eye on them and provide many activities. My mother's health has improved since she has been there. She feels safe there, and her quality of life has increased greatly. She gets around more.

My mom really really likes it. It is not a nursing home. A lot of people have e negative connotation and it is wrong. It does smell very nice there, but it is not a nursing home. It is much more than that. It is very clean and smells good. Mom has a lot of independence there, and she has care. It is like an apartment. You can come and go as you wish, as long as you sign out. I was able to experience the melas before COVID, and the food was fantastic. It was delicious to me and my mom. They always have activities planned. Charlotte does an excellent job planning activities. My mom really likes the sining and playing bingo.

I think it's a great place, but the quality of food and lack of transportation is causing them to go downhill. I am local so I can drive her places, but if you aren't local they will have a hard time.

I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live in this area. It is a clean place, and it is not old or broken down. They keep it very clean. I have been very well-taken care of. I do not have any complaints about not being treated right.

I already have recommended it. The community makes sure they are eating daily with good food prepared, they are watching over them carefully, every resident has a necklace with a response button in case they fall to call for help, and I know they get checked on often so they will never go a full day without seeing someone.
