The first six or seven years that my dad lived here, we were very pleased with everything. There was more follow through with complaints back then. Now it doesn't matter what I say.

It's reasonably priced. It's good to have meals, rooms cleaned, and laundry done and those sorts of things. The administration keeps a check-up on residents to make sure that we are here and safe.

They keep the grounds looking nice, and the staff seems friendly. They try to make it as welcoming as they can. Don't expected a big refrigerator. It's on the bottom shelf, and the residents can't bend over to reach it. That's not conducive to elderly people.

The quality the food has become very poor and can be improved, and I'm upset that they wont fix cable tv and its very poor quality for the residents to watch.

They do provide activities, and the apartment can be personalized. Residents can come and go, and have flexibility with coming and going. Free transportations is supposed to be provided once a week, which is nice. My mom has enjoyed the social aspect.

It is a great place for your parents. It comes at a cost, like everything in this world. My mom was in a nursing home where insurance would cover it. I am happy daddy is here. That is a big determining factor for people here. Thank goodness for the veteran's help for daddy to be in here. He is happy to be living here. It is really good. I can't think of a better, cleaner, nicer place for someone to live.

My dad has been there for eight years and it has been a wonderful place for him. It's his home and I don't want to uproot him. I'm really encouraged that it's going to go back to the good that it used to be.

They take great care of dad. Everything is clean and tidy. They keep up with the rooms and do his laundry. Everything is what you expect. They get close to the residents and develop a relationship with them. They genuinely care about residents and their well-being. It is like a family there.
