Assisted Living, Memory Care
The people are friendly, and it's a nice environment; but the room is very expensive. You could go somewhere else and get the same thing for a cheaper price, especially if you don't need a lot of care.
They're friendly, and it's clean.
We looked at The Phoenix and another high end place in Alpharetta, and this looked more comfortable and friendly. The staff cares about the residents. They're not just another resident. They know who they are and understand their personalities.
It is well run and nice. It is a more of an assisted living. It breaks the mold of nursing homes. It is good.
They do seem to do a lot for the residents, and the food is good. They have activities to keep them entertained, so overall it's a good place to be.
It's a good community of residents and staff which I don't think is the case everywhere. A family member really needs to be involved. It's so sad when you see someone with no family or friends involved.
It is a very nice facility. It appears to be well run. The care givers and the staff seem to care a lot about the residents. I think it is priced effectively for what you get.
It needs some improvements. The personnel, management, dining staff, and executive people all need improvement. They go through too many executive directors.
The care is great, and the activities are great. It's just the cleanliness that I have a problem with.
I highly recommend. I haven't had any problems. Getting her in there was very easy, the staff is good, and it's clean.
Everything from the condition of the facility to the staff and even the cost is reasonable for what you are getting. In addition, the location is good and quiet.
This is the second community my mom has been in, and it's more engaging, has more social activities, and has a good medical staff.
It's a very quality community with quality staff. The rooms are also very nice.
It's much better than the place where they
It's inviting, and the staff seems to care about the residents. For the most part, my Dad is happy there.
The environment is pleasant. The overall community and common spaces are very home-like. The staff is very good. They're kind and conscientious.
They take good care of the residents on a personal level. They get to know them as people.
It's nice and clean, and the people seem to care. Only one of the elevators work right now. Last week, both of them didn't work. Mom has a wheelchair and is on the 3rd floor. A CNA and med tech helped carry Mom up two flights of stairs. They asked that the residents stay on their floors for the time being and the staff use the stairs until they got at least one of the elevators fixed, but that made the residents feel stranded.
Two months ago, lighting hit the air-conditioning compressor, In the middle of Summer, they were without air-conditioning. It took them a while to figure that out; because it had never happened before, and there were no guidelines to follow. They opened the windows, but the residents were in 88° air. They ended up getting truck sized units for each building to help the staff and residents not overheat. The also bought individual air-conditioning units for every room.
The building isn't that old; so as a casual observer, I wonder why the elevators went out in the first place. I don't think they communicate in a timely manner when warning residents and/or family members when these things happen, either. They got caught off guard by an issue with no Standard of Procedure to follow. They don't seem to have guidelines for things like power outages, a/c outages, elevators being down, etc. I don't know if that's a corporate thing or no. The staff deserves gold stars and more money. They worked in that heat and were drenched.
I have toured a lot of places, and my dad was at another place. This place is a lot nicer, and the staff are friendlier.
The staff members are very nice people. Your loved one will be well cared for.
It is appealing and clean. The staff is very very nice. They look after everyone. They take good care of everyone there. I has taken me a while to learn about the people there because of COVID. I feel better and better about the staff there. I would recommend it.
I like Canton better. They take care of the residents, for sure. It is a great place to be if that is the one you have to be in. He has been in two communities, and I just like the Canton one better.
I would tell them to run in the opposite direction,. I would tell them to go anywhere but there. I think the caregivers and the med cart workers are hard workers and dependable. The directors and management are a complete nightmare.
They show professionalism. They are also friendly and have smiling faces.
It's gone downhill since Mom has moved in. It's a shame. She's there, because she still has friends there and is used to her surroundings. I visit every day, because I don't feel comfortable not checking on her. I would have given them a huge recommendation months ago.
It is a nice and smaller community. It is more like close-knit family. It has more of a family feel. There are nice rooms and good food. They care caring and seem to do well.
The quality of care and the community itself are of high standards. They care about the work and service that they're providing.
There is no independent living here, but other than that, the staff are friendly and efficient. The community is very clean, and we are looking forward to visiting and having picnics, once the weather cools down.
We have always had a good experience with the care that our loved ones get. All of the aspects work out pretty well.
The residents are all so delightful and sweet. They take care of each other. It is a nice mix of males and females, and different ability levels. There is enough routine in the activities. They have daily meditations and stretching. There are things that happen on a regular basis. There is something everyday for everybody. The staff is exceptional from the housekeepers, to the maintenance staff, to the front desk, to the activities people. Everyone is top-notch. It is such a blessing for us to have found this community. I do not know what we would have done without them. They were a godsend. Dad is so happy. My dad won't hear anything about moving.
It is a really nice place. It is expensive, but you would enjoy living here.
It is a nice environment with people who care. The variety of people who are residents is diverse enough that I think it there are good interactions.
The staff is experienced and takes care of you.
It's been great, my mother has enjoyed being there and she has been in good hands, but I don't think things have been run as smoothly as they should have been. There are things they need to address before I am comfortable saying it's wonderful there.
At the community the food quality is poor, individual attention with residents is not what it should be, and the ED is very weak.
Most of the employees here genuinely care. The activities are great and they seem to try to keep them active, they talk to them, they engage them. I think as memory care goes, I think they rank pretty high.
I have recommended it in the past, and I would again. Coming from a perspective of coming in during COVID, I never saw her AL room room. I have only ever been in memory care. The facility is nice and very clean. They do not take care of certain things, but she is healthy and has a nice room. The price is not ridiculous. For the price and facility, I would recommend it.
I like that they try to include most of the residents, if they are able, in the activities. They speak to the residents if they pass them and try to know everyone's name.
They are always nice and work hard. They are just short staffed. They have a rotating group of people that I hardly know. They can't control that, but too many people have left. They offer a wide variety of activities. It is a beautiful facility. I was vey happy, but with staff shortages, things are different.
The community is new and maintained well and the staff who are there are professional warm and caring. The food served is good and they offer a diverse amount of activities.
The staff at the community are friendly and helpful and they provide very good service. The people who work in the front desk specifically are extremely helpful.
My dad has been somewhere else, and this is so much better than where he was before.
Considering what the community has gone through with COVID, they are handling things just fine.
It is a very inviting and warm environment. The entire staff are all incredibly nice. It is a very positive environment.
The community is cleaner and has a nicer appearance than other communities. There are great activities and friendly staff at The Phoenix at Milton.
It seems like a nice property, but I still don't know enough about it to be confident in recommending it. My loved one was recently transferred there.
Every month we get a bill for the salon, and I have talked to the community person and ED about this. They said they would only do it twice a year, yet I get charged for it on bill every month. They just keep doing this, and I am upset about that.
It is a caring community. Everybody seems to looks after each other, including staff and patients.
The size of the community is great, not too big or small. The staff really makes an effort with the residents, but they're also very understanding of who they're dealing with. The staff will treat your loved one with respect and kindness.
Everyone there is really nice. The place is clean, and they take good care of the residents.
The staff is not that great.
The staff is helpful and responsive and my dad's been happy there.
They have great staff and it's a great community, and we looked at a lot of places before we decided on this one.
Everything that I've said above.
We've been through other communities, and the staff here is so pleasant and caring and the community is nice and homey. It doesn't feel clinical at all and I feel like my dad is well taken care of and respected.
The community area is very pretty and the staff is patient and friendly.
It looks really nice, the people are friendly, and you would enjoy it here.
The community does not have enough personalized care.
The community is run very well.
The facility is in good shape, they are good to my father, and the price is reasonable.
It is beautiful, they are good at care taking, and they are concerned about residents and their families.
The community is beautiful, but it does not have a good outdoor area at all. They have a fire pit, but it is difficult to get to if you have limited mobility. They need an outdoor garden area or something for the
The community has a really good atmosphere, really nice people, and a great quality of care.
It is a great size, with a good amount of people, easy to navigate, and the people are wonderful.
It is high quality. We have been at another community that was dirty and not very well staffed. They are clean with full staff, and everyone is very friendly.
It's clean, I believe the people there are very caring. They are super supportive but they could use improvement on communicating better but I understand due to unknown waters. Great community overall!
Everyone is super nice and it is very clean and in a good location.
It is a good community, the rooms, and community are kept clean and the staff are friendly.
The facility is a beautiful place, they have great staff, overall it is a good experience so far.
Food quality, care quality, and communication transparency.
I think it's a good environment. They have very friendly staff and I am pleased with the way they care for my loved one.
I would say the management staff are very caring and conscientious.
I would say it is convenient and the staff is great. The front desk and everyone is very professional.
I would just tell them it's a wonderful place to be.
I think they need more communication
The Phoenix at Milton is clean, cheerful, bright, active, engaging, and well managed.
The staff and there willing to work with. They made sure that I was comfortable as well as my family member.
They have been very good to my mother, and they have taken good care of her.
I think the friendliness and the concern that they seem to give is good.
I am satisfied with the overall care and quality of my mom and facility.
The communication has been pretty solid, and my dad looks better with him being in the facility. He seems to be healthier overall and seems to be doing better. The quality of care seems to be really good.
I would definitely recommend The Phoenix at Milton. It is warm, friendly, clean, and respectful. The facility is beautiful. We are very pleased, and I am so thankful for them for providing a place for my dad for the ages. They have levels of care that keep him safe in his old age.
They care about their community and the residents. They do not always get it right, but no one is perfect. They always try to make it right.
I definitely would recommend The Pheonix at Milton because overall it has a combination of great qualities such as being a nice facility, good and friendly working staff, and my father has a positive experience.
The cleanliness, professionalism, and activities were all top notch at The Phoenix at Milton.
The location is great, the staff is wonderful, and it is a very pretty and beautiful facility.
I would recommend The Phoenix at Milton. The staff is nice, and the place is nice. Others would enjoy coming here. Even though I don't participate, there are a lot of activities for the residents and stuff.
I feel like the new director is more responsive. I am happy.
I would recommend them because of the staff that work there are all great and do a wonderful job. I have been very happy with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to handle any issues that may come up. We have had not issues since we moved our loved on into the facility. Everyone who works there are so nice and helpful.
I would say that you can feel a sense of relief that they will do their best to honor what they say, and they will take care of their residents. They are very family oriented.
There seems to be a tremendous amount of changes in the supervisor and management positions. Some people are not qualified for their positions and they will hire anyone who comes in. I do not trust most of the care staff that they have because they have no idea what they are doing. It would help for them to have a clean slate and hire people who have experience. The food is not what it should be, and it seems as if things are only getting worse.
The staff has been really personable. I like the smaller size because I know staffing can become an issue with larger places. It is fairly stable with staffing. The staff can get to know the residents.
I would tell them to ask a lot of questions before they go, and I would tell them to ask about COVID.
They make the facility feel like its home. They do everything in the clients way, and they are very respectful. They have loads of patience. They don't yell at anybody, and they keep them protected. They are not mean. It is structured so that it is good for the people.
I would not recommend them to anyone at all. They have a lack of communication and service within the whole building. They do not live up to anything they promised when we were visiting to live there. They promised rainbows and gold but we have been given dirt and their care is not where it should be. My Mom has been in the hospital for 3 months due to their lack of responsibility and willingness to help her.
I would recommend them to anyone looking. They have been great with my Dad and everyone there has been very nice. I have heard great things about John and Elizabeth is top notch and she is wonderful. Lindsay the entertainment person is amazing as well and does things around the facility that are not even in her job description. The way their employees care about the residents is like nothing I have ever seen at any other facility.
As long as the communication improves I will recommend them.
I would not recommend them to anyone at all. Once the virus is over we will move him right away to a different facility.
I have not been to any other facility so It seems to be the best one around.
I love the Phoenix. The go above and beyond taking care of their residents. I am happy with everything they do and how much they care for the residents and our family. The staff members are all very nice and inviting right when you walk in the door. They always have fun activities planned so that they can get them moving and involved.
I would most defiantly recommend them. I am very happy with the facility and the staff that work there. Their food is great and I never hear anyone complaining. I like the location of the facility and all of the activities they have for the residents. They always have something fun going on.
I would not be educated enough on the facility to be able to recommend them at this moment. They do a great job with the residents but I think there are a few things they can Improve on.
The Phoenix at Milton is a very nice community from the window and what I can see from the outside, but I have never seen her room so I can't say what it looks like on the inside.
I do not know at this point because we are not able to go in. I have to give them more time.
I would recommend to anyone because my Father is thriving there and looks the happiest he has been in awhile.
I am undecided on if I would recommend yet, because my Parents just moved in. I think they have a lot of things they need to work on and I need to be able to go in the Facility before I would recommend.
The Phoenix at Milton is very nice and is a whole lot better than the last one she was in. She has been there for years, and we are satisfied.
Yes, I would recommend to anyone looking. From the director to all of the staff and caregivers everyone is incredible kind and professional. They are all so caring and would do anything to help my Mom. They keep their rooms very clean and call us often. My mom is able to do a little bit more now since the shut down which is great. They were able to get the virus under control and make sure my mom and everyone there was safe. They go the extra mile to take care of their residents.
I would recommend to anyone looking to move their loved ones into a facility. I love the facility and what they do. Their quality of care is excellent. The activities are great and so is the Director in charge of them. The meals are so good and they have a huge variety. My fathers health, safety and emotional well being are well taken care of. They make sure to go the extra mile to make my Dad feel safe and taken care of.
Yes, I would recommend. I am pretty neutral because I think that the facility as a whole have a lot of things they need to work on before I am 100% certain that I would recommend to someone.
Yes I would recommend to my friends and family. I think it is a nice place to live and they seem to really care about the residents.
My mom lives there, they take good care of her, and it's a good place.
I tell others that they'd love this place. It's a well run machine, they respect your opinions, and if you have any issues, they get to them right away.
They genuinely care about the residents and the residents' families.
It's a very nice facility, they have good management, and they handle a higher level of care than other facilities.
I'd like to see them improve in everything I've already mentioned.
It's very clean, the people are very nice, and my mom really enjoyed the other residents.
I think it is a great facility.
Based on everything I've said up to this point, I would recommend it to others.
I have done this before.
Yes I have done this before.
They stand out. During this virus, they have kept the residents safe and done the best they could to take care of them given the circumstances.
Absolutely we already have.
My mother and I have been to 3 assisted livings facilities since May of 2018. We were fortunate enough to find The Phoenix at Milton on our third try. The nursing and the staffing was superb. Sarah Ellis, the nursing director, and the concierge Jackie were great. The care was superb, but my mother just didn't' live long enough to enjoy it. If I knew anybody that wanted or needed an assisted living home, I would definitely recommend The Phoenix at Milton. Everyone there is caring, loving, and giving. My mother was treated horribly at the other facilities, but she said," I can't wait to celebrate my 100th birthday," when she moved into The Phoenix at Milton. I could sleep at night knowing they were taking good care of her.
The Phoenix at Milton has friendly management staff, but the caregivers who are one on one with the residents are lacking professionalism.
The people are friendly, helpful, and kind. It is a new facility which is nice, it is pretty clean, and it seems pretty safe.
I feel confident leaving my mom in their care which is saying a lot. The Phoenix at Milton is a really nice place. The people are friendly, the facility is clean, and it doesn't smell like urine ever. The food is good as well, and all of those things were key factors in our decision.
I would tell others that the nurses at The Phoenix at Milton are absolutely wonderful, and they provide individual care. The facility itself and all that it has to offer is very nice as well.
The Phoenix at Milton has courteous administration, the cleanliness is great, and they provide good food.
The Phoenix at Milton is a beautiful facility, and the management staff and core staff are very good and responsive. There have been some issues that my mom has had, but I would support others in being there.
I would say that if someone put their loved one at The Phoenix at Milton, they will be well provided for completely with very little worries.
The quality of care is really good, and it is a nice and beautiful facility.
The Phoenix at Milton is a community. The staff care, and they do a good job.
I would recommend it because the facility is very nice. It's very well appointed to look like a hotel instead of a health care facility. The staff is very accommodating as well.
It is a great facility, there is good staff, and they are willing to help with whatever our needs are.
I would tell others that the staff are very passionate about what they do and they are very knowledgeable about their jobs. The executive director is fair, passionate, and good at what he does, and it is a beautiful community. The food is really good, and we feel like it is the best place for our parents at this time in their lives.
There are people that are very caring, helpful, and do a good job assisting the residents, but some are not. It is a nice facility.
They do a pretty darn good job. They are not perfect, there are things that I would like to see them do that they are not quite there on, but it is pretty good.
As soon as we moved there, I called the woman in charge at Piedmont Hospital. I told her she had to come see it because it is affordable, and I think she could recommend a lot of people here.
January 2020
They really do offer good activities and events. It would be easy for them to slide by on those, but they don't. There is an adorable woman that is in charge of the arts and crafts. She comes down and pulls him upstairs, and he has a wonderful time up there. Everytime she comes by she gives him a kiss, and he returns it immediately.
The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is incredibly caring and consistent.
The Phoenix at Milton offers top quality care, and it is a great facility.
We came to The Phoenix at Milton from another place. It is night and day compared to where we were, and everyone in my family is very happy.
The people are what I love about The Phoenix at Milton. The people that I have to ask questions for are knowledgeable about things, they act upon things that I ask, they get me an answer quickly or they know what the answer is off the top of their head. More times than not they have the answer right off the top of their head. I appreciate the cleanliness because it is a new facility, but they are keeping it clean as well. It appears that in another 5 years it will still be nice.
Based on what is around us, I would recommend but with some reservation. I'd need to see more attentive medical care and more engagement with individual medical needs. Also improvements to the food quality.
I would recommend The Phoenix at Milton because it is a family atmosphere and they truly care. It is apples to apples with other facilities pretty much anywhere in regards to the food, lodging, and activities, but it is the quality of caregivers and the people that sets The Phoenix at Milton apart.
The service, quality of care, and attention is great. If we needed to have my mother in assisted living again we would go back to The Phoenix.
The Phoenix at Milton is an excellent facility with great staff as well.
The facility is nice, and the staff is good.
The residents have the ability to call for help and the food is good. The front desk and social committee are excellent. They are outstanding people that work there.
I hate to recommend an assisted living home, but if I needed to then I would recommend The Phoenix at Milton.
To be able to leave your loved one in a place and not feel worried, especially for memory care, I would 100% put him there again. They treat everyone with utmost respect and they are very kind. The caregivers are all trained and know how to handle all kinds of different issues.

I recommend The Phoenix at Milton all the time. If it was closer to some of my friends they would have their parents living there by now. I am willing to drive 45-50 minutes to get there because I love it that much.
The overall care is excellent. Even with little bumps in the road, they are very quick to help and resolve any issues.
Everything The Phoenix offers makes it amazing. From the community to the staff to the activities. The staff always does more than whats expected.
I would recommend The Phoenix at Milton, but I would be hesitant because of the amount of turnover. One month the bill comes in an email, and the next it doesn't. They don't know why. It is just a lot of little things.
The community is very convenient to my house and my work which is very important to me. If it didn't meet the care that my mom needed, we wouldn't have her there just for convenience, but it is nice.
We have been very pleased with the care, the facility, the staff, and the pricing is comparable to other facilities of this nature in the area.
The Phoenix at Milton is a good place to check out and consider.
I definitely would recommend The Phoenix at Milton. I have already had people ask, and I said I highly recommend it, and it is very good. I like the friendliness of the community. The director, and everyone that is there is friendly in their capacity and they treat everyone with respect.
I think the staffing is low and a couple adjustments in the food options need to improve.
The quality of care and friendliness of the staff is awesome.
The consistency of the every day staff needs to improve and then they come and they go which is hard. It's not that I don't recognize the decisions made by the executive board, because I do. It is in the detail that they need to improve.
They really have excelled at all the things are important to my family. When you are confident and satisfied with how someone is treating your family you are likely to recommend it to other families.
The facility is a very friendly atmosphere, well maintained, good management, and they will listen to any input you have. They are just a little slow sometimes with the care. They are trying to hire more but there are just not enough applicants. I talk to them each week if not twice a week.
I have already recommended The Phoenix at Milton to others. I would tell friends and family that it is quiet, pleasant, friendly, and the staff do a good job for what they are able to do. We have been to several other facilities, and we are now at the Phoenix and we are satisfied. I also have a camera in the room and I do not think that the staff treat him any differently than they would without it. They would not slap or hit him, so overall I am happy with the people that are working there.
I would tell friends and family that is is a beautiful, fresh and clean facility, the staff is top notch, the food is delicious, the activities are fun, and that people develop strong friendships there.
I am likely to recommend The Phoenix at Milton because of how clean it is, how incredible the staff are, it is modern, how nice Katie is, louis is so helpful , and they remember our names. Everyone that visits thinks that he is living in a resort.
I very much would and do recommend the Phoenix at Milton. They are all so wonderful and my husband is absolutely flourishing and doing so much better than he was at his previous community.
My mother's enjoyed it. I've been very happy with the care she's gotten.
I would recommend The Phoenix at Milton because the staff is kind and friendly. It's always clean. It's been a pleasurable experience.
My mother is thriving at The Phoenix at Milton. The quality of care exceeds my expectations. I've recommended them a number of times.
The Phoenix at Milton is a beautiful community, the food is good, and the staff is excellent, especially the nursing staff.
There would need to be a lot of change before I could recommend The Phoenix at Milton.
The Phoenix at Milton is a nice facility and it is very aesthetically appealing.
It's a beautiful and clean community. They provide a lot of activities and engage the residents. I would recommend The Phoenix at Milton to others looking for a community.
Mom is doing well there and I'm happy with The Phoenix at Milton. I have recommended the community to others but I do share some of my concerns just in case they might apply to them.
I think the Phoenix at Milton is a nice clean community that has a pleasing atmosphere more like that of an apartment building versus a nursing home. My mom really enjoys being there and enjoys the environment of the community.
I think the Phoenix at Milton is a lovely community with many great staff. I would encourage families looking to move in that they really communicate with the community regarding their loved ones care, especially in the beginning, in order to make the transition to Assisted Living easier.
Based on our experience at previous communities, The Phoenix at Milton is pretty darn good.
The Phoenix at Milton is a wonderful community. It is beautiful and has been kept looking clean and new since its opening. The staff are friendly and do their best to make sure every resident is well cared for and feels at home. I really couldn't have asked for a better place for my loved one.
They're friendly and caring. They take in a higher level of care than other assisted livings,
It's a great place. It's not too big. It's not too small. They're engaging and they care about the residents. They try to keep the residents interacting with each other. For our family, having a church service is very important. They offer a church service and Bible study.
It's a good community and the meals are good. They have good activities and all. Just make sure that this place is what the resident wants and that they like the activities.
We're very fortunate to be here. It's home and it's very comfortable.
The facility is new and clean. The food is good and they take care of their residents.
If you ever need this kind of care, this is the place to go. In a really bad circumstance, this was a really good place to find.
My favorite part is the personalities of all the staff. They're attentive, pleasant, and caring. They're also very compassionate. They do what they can with the knowledge that they have.
It's very clean, new, and bright. They have very active people.
Whether or not a family should go to the Phoenix at Milton depends on what a family wants. If a resident doesn't need a lot of care, then I would recommend the Phoenix at Milton since the food and activities there are great. If a resident does need a lot of care, I would not recommend the Phoenix at Milton.
We've had a great experience so far with the staff, location, and environment.
The people that take care of my mom are really, really great with her and her situation. Jay, the director, has been really helpful in dealing with issues that have come about. They handled the situation very well. I also like their approachability. They really care. The facility is also beautiful and really nice.
It is beautiful to look at. There are never any unpleasant smells. My dad refers to it as a 5-star hotel. The food is fabulous. The staff is friendly and respectful. There are plenty of opportunities for people to interact with each other. The parties are outstanding, and the family meals are delicious. Me, my family, and my dad feel truly blessed to have found Phoenix.
The quality of care is good. It is a good place!
I have no problem recommending The Phoenix at Milton. The overall care that my mom has received is great. It's a great place for more self-sufficient residents.
I couldn't be any happier! I have recommended others. It is new, it is spotless, and it has the most caring staff. Thank you to them!
They handle themselves nicely. It's a great place.
Our experience has been very good. I've recommended the Phoenix to multiple people already.
The Phoenix at Milton has great caregivers. My mom also enjoys all of the activities -- especially attending the church services, playing BINGO, and watching musical performers.
Everybody at The Phoenix at Milton has been open and receptive. They make sure we're getting everything we need -- from the right paperwork to the right treatment for my mom.
I would tell anyone that they should visit. Its a nice facility, and the people are nice. Its a beautiful building with great amenities.
Its a beautiful property.
They're very attentive and responsive to our needs. They're willing to work with your situation whatever it is.
I couldn't ask for better care for my husband. The staff was very friendly and nice during his two-month stay at The Phoenix at Milton.
I highly recommend them for their care, and the friendly environment. They also offer so many activities.
I would say that its an awesome place.
I would have given it a 5 about 3 months ago, but currently I would say that they're in transition in getting their staff up to speed. They have more residents now, which requires more staff. Its a great facility, but they have some challenges getting the staff up to speed. I would recommend that people go look at them though.
My mother loves it there. I feel like she's in a good place so I would recommend it to other people, and I actually have already.
I always feel that my parents are safe. The staff also seems to genuinely care about the residents. I'd say that it feels like an incredible value for the money, and the facility has a high end appearance. The staff and residents seem to hold themselves a little higher because of how they feel in the community.
They need to improve their response time for when the residents need help. The hairstylist should come more than once a week because she doesn't have enough time to do everyone's hair.
It's convenient and clean. They have great activities. They're interactive with the high school students, so they get to interact with young people too.
It is a nice place and they have great activities. I am appreciative because I know it is a difficult area to work in, especially with all of obsolete residents.
It is fine.
I don't think we could get any better care any where else.
How they treat my mom and me - I was there a couple of days by myself getting her moved in and they recommended people to help me move her furniture. It was the most hectic, stressful time of my life and it ran so smoothly - it was truly amazing.
The facility itself is top notch - it is like a fancy hotel. The staff is also excellent! I am really pleased with the dedicated dining room staff in addition to the caregivers so that they caregivers can help the residents all over the building and do not have to worry as much about the ones in the dining area.
We are satisfied overall with the facility. We have nothing huge that would make us say it is not a good place - its a very good place!
I already have! The experience that I have had and what I see going on there makes me feel like I am in a better position than most people to recommend The Phoenix at Milton because i am there so much.
I would tell a friend that the community is beautiful and convenient and the personalities of the staff are great.
The Phoenix at Milton is overall a nice community with a nice environment that is very positive, very clean and I think they do a good job of caring for my mother and for the other residents.
The Phoenix at Milton provides quality care, a clean safe environment, friendly caring staff and is cost effective vs the other states we looked at for care since all of the children are spread out in different states.
They have so many caregivers at The Phoenix at Milton that are sweet loving people. In addition to the food, the nurturing atmosphere of the community was the second reason we chose the Phoenix at Milton. My mother is comfortable there and feels like she is in a loving home like environment.
The Phoenix at Milton overall is a very nice community. The food is good, the people are very kind and out of all the places she has lived, I really do like the overall feel of this community.
The staff are very caring and compassionate at The Phoenix at Milton. I don't have much experience with other communities, but I think they do a superior job compared to other places. I would say that with any community, you have to be aware of what's going on and involved with the community to ensure the absolute best level of care for your loved one.
The Phoenix at Milton is a beautiful facility. Everyone is helpful and in my opinion you can't get better service anywhere else.
The staff at The Phoenix at Milton are very attentive, friendly and caring. It is a beautiful community and is great all the way around.
It is a very overall good community, very pleasant with good food and a good dining experience. After several weeks my mother, despite being difficult and in pain after a precipitating event, ultimately the Director figured out a way to leverage the Physical Therapist to get her out of her apartment and to the dining room and once that happened she became much more engaged and settled in and considered it home.
I understand it takes a while to learn the person, but I think after a month we should be much further along than we are now. I do love the facility itself and it's cleanliness and in comparison to other facilities I visited it is the nicest.
I know it is tough to find a community to entrust the care of your loved one, but with the Phoenix at Milton you have found the right place and you can feel comfortable knowing your loved one is being well cared for.
