July 2020Yes I would recommend and I have multiple times before. The quality if care is amazing. The whole package that they offer is great. They care about not only their residents but the whole family as well. They take the time to make us all feel like family and keep us updated on my parents. They are very. happy there.

January 2019They're very respectful about personal matters. The effort they put in is top of the line. Everyone seems to be very happy. There are a few things that fall through like dirty sheets and lost laundry, but the overall place is very good.

June 2018I would say that you can sleep easy at night knowing that your loved ones are taken care of. The people who work there are very compassionate and professional. They are sweet and caring, and I can see they take such good care of my mom and the other residents. Overall they are phenomenal, and I've already referred 4 or 5 people.

April 2018They're caring and when they have an employee there that is "a rotten apple in the basket", they get rid of them. Once they see someone isn't adequately doing their job, they replace them. I would go there and stay because I love it so much! I go to see my dad, but I also go to visit with everyone else!

December 2017I think Westminster Memory Care tries to do everything they can to make the residents and their families comfortable. It is a lovely community and the staff is wonderful and they do a good job with the residents. They truly care and I know it's a hard situation to work in, but they make every effort to give the residents a good quality of life.

November 2017If I could rate this a 10 I would and I have recommended them to others. My mom was in a facility prior to being at Westminster and we watched the care deteriorate and when I went over to Westminster to tour and talk with them about moving my mom they were very receptive to what I was saying and took my concerns seriously. The most important thing to me is how she is cared for and they care about what they are doing and take pride in it. I don't go to bed at night wondering if she is being taken care of or not, because I know she is and I tell others that if they want their loved one to be in a place where they know they will be cared for then they need to have them at Westminster.
